Skullprana

A strange semi bipedel river dewelling fish that eats meat, but isn't aggresivly predatory, originally thought to be a dangerous hunter, it's since been confirmed this small oddly upright fish doesn't rely on only live prey, and is mostly safe outside the smaller fish and frogs it activly hunts between the meals of shellfish and carrion it uses it's unique build to scope out underwater. Likely non magical, just well adjusted to it's home land.

Poses no threat to those interacting locally, a mostly shy speices that will walk upright on it's fins while hunting before swimming to go in for the kill. Colors are mostly bright orange, yellow and red with a unique white space on the face, and some darker markings around the eyes and jaw, leading to it's namesake.

Left alone in the lower east and east coasts as it doesn't offer much for ediable meat, and is not easy to catch on the larger scale, being a solitary creature that moves between the ocean and inland coasts.
