Traits
North Head (Uncommon)
Share more mammalian traits, with a blunt face shape and have areas of dense fur along the jaw and muzzle. Fur can be a different range of the coat color.
South Head (Uncommon)
Share more avian traits, and have a solid beak on the upper jaw, with a flexible smooth lower jaw with normal teeth, upper jaw does not require teeth. Southern Balikin may have small colorful feathers on the top of the head, these should not resemble a crest, and instead by spread out and varied.
Night Forest Head (Rare)
Resemble bats with large up turned fleshy noses, soft furring or smooth skinned areas around the muzzle. Night Forest Balikin have large eyes that may reflect light or have a small glow.
Tundra Head (Rare)
Powerful blunt muzzles, usually with large teeth more visible than normal. Tundra Balikin have dense fur, which appears wild and uneven, fur can cover some of the face, or all of it spare the area around the nose.
Dragon Head (Legendary)
Heavily scaled and powerful looking, Dragon Balikin have ridges along the back of the head, ending at the shoulders, as well as large plates on the muzzle. Optionally they may have larger than normal fangs that hangout over the lips, or a patch of short fur along the jaw and upper neck that is any solid color.
Strange Bill (Common)
A smooth soft bill of the platypus, that can be short and squat or long and narrow. Bill may be natural browns and blacks, or lighter or darker than the base coat. Markings may affect this trait if the range covers te face.

Sea Bird (Rare)
Resembles ocean, lake and river living birds. Some examples, pelicans, penguins, ducks, stork, and gulls. Colors will use Base Coat, and Markings will affect this trait when in range. Feathers should go no farther than the base of the neck. Popokee with this trait may have slight feathering around the joints, but all additions should be minimal and use the same colors as the base coat.

South Ears (Uncommon)
Small or no ears with feathered tips, or small feathered ‘false ear’. Feathers may be a different color from the base coat range.
North Ears (Uncommon)
Medium sized ears with a pointed tip, similar to a cat.
Night Forest Ears (Rare)
Large to very large sized ears that are flat, rounded and will only smooth skin. Face Forward or backward. Inner skin may be a unique solid color.
Tundra Ears (Rare)
Medium sized ears with distinct tufts at the end. Inside will be smooth. Can face any direction.
Ancient Fire Ears (Legendary)
Large sized ears with furring all over, inside can be furred or smooth. Face Backward, or downward.
